CrossFit On Ramp Program
CrossFit On Ramp is a prerequisite for the CrossFit program.
CrossFit On Ramp classes are scheduled as small group training sessions with a Elite CrossFit Coach. The total cost for the three sessions is $150, and you can pay the via cash, check or credit card at your first session. To schedule On Ramp, Contact us.

CrossFit On Ramp sessions teach movements for optimal performance in the CrossFit program. Please Note: In the event of cancellation for an On Ramp session, you must notify your On Ramp coach within 12 hours, or a $50 fee will be owed.
